The discussion focused on three critical priorities: ‌hierarchy streamlining‌‌fixed asset revitalization‌, and ‌facility upgrades in industrial parks‌. Participants aligned with annual objectives, engaged actively in discussions, addressed challenges head-on, and proposed practical solutions. Specific outcomes included:

  • ‌Hierarchy streamlining‌: Clear goals, actionable steps, and responsible parties were defined.

  • ‌Fixed asset revitalization‌: Current asset status, feasibility of revitalization methods, and expected outcomes were analyzed, with corresponding plans formulated.

  • ‌Industrial park upgrades‌: Necessity of repairs, budget allocations, and quality standards for facility renovations were clarified to ensure effective implementation.

The meeting emphasized two key principles:

  1. ‌Unified vision and collective effort‌: All teams must align with annual priorities, boost confidence and initiative, reject passive reliance on external support (“wait, depend, demand”), and adopt an action-oriented approach to lay a solid foundation for the year’s work.

  2. ‌Targeted execution‌: Departments and subsidiaries must break down tasks, strengthen accountability, adhere to timelines, and advance key tasks in a pragmatic and efficient manner.

The session underscored Turpan Fruit Industry’s commitment to driving tangible results through collaborative problem-solving and systematic implementation.
