Strengthening the Compliance Operation Framework — Xinjiang Fruit Industry Hosts Second Session of "Fruit Industry Lecture Hall"

To fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, enhance corporate governance and risk prevention capabilities, strengthen compliance awareness among state-owned enterprise (SOE) leaders, and advance the development of a law-based SOE framework, Xinjiang Fruit Industry organized the second session of its "Fruit Industry Lecture Hall" on ‌February 14‌, themed ‌"Strengthening the Compliance Operation Framework."‌ Over 40 mid-to-senior managers from across the company participated in the training.

The event featured ‌Wang Yan‌, a lawyer from ‌Beijing Qiankun Law Firm‌, who delivered a session focused on ‌SOE compliance management systems‌. Using real-world case studies and legal regulations, Wang Yan highlighted the critical role of compliance management in SOEs and elaborated on the legal mindset required for SOE executives in this domain. Centered on ‌how SOEs can establish compliance management systems‌, she systematically explained the objectives, challenges, key implementation steps, and methodologies for building such systems. She also proposed actionable strategies for creating an integrated framework combining ‌risk control, compliance, audit, and legal affairs‌ into a cohesive "four-in-one" compliance structure.

The training, praised for its practical and comprehensive content, deepened participants’ understanding of compliance management and strengthened their risk prevention awareness. Moving forward, Xinjiang Fruit Industry will firmly uphold the principle of ‌"law-based governance and compliance-driven operations,"‌ internalizing compliance into its corporate culture and daily practices.
