Symposium to Explore New Cooperation Chapters
On February 18, Li Dongfang, Chairman and President of the Hong Kong Xinjiang General Chamber of Commerce, led a delegation to visit Xinjiang Fruit Industry for research and exchange. The meeting was attended by Zhu Shiqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Xinjiang Fruit Industry, Liang Chao, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager, along with heads of relevant business departments.
The symposium began with a screening of a promotional video highlighting the development of Xinjiang Fruit Industry. Zhu Shiqiang briefly introduced the company’s profile, offering attendees a comprehensive overview of its development history, industrial scale, and innovative achievements. The two sides then engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening cooperation and expanding market opportunities, injecting fresh vitality into economic and trade collaboration between the two regions.
Li Dongfang expressed that the Hong Kong Xinjiang General Chamber of Commerce hopes to collaborate with Xinjiang Fruit Industry to establish a sales exhibition hall for Xinjiang’s agricultural products in Hong Kong. This initiative aims to build a bridge connecting Xinjiang’s specialty products to international markets, enhancing their brand awareness and expanding their sales reach. Zhu Shiqiang noted that as a leading enterprise in the industry chain for the procurement, processing, storage, and sales of high-quality agricultural products in Xinjiang, the company looks forward to reaching cooperation intentions with the Chamber in areas such as product supply, brand authorization, store franchising, and sales channel expansion.
The symposium marked the beginning of further collaboration, with both parties delving into potential cooperation models. By leveraging their complementary advantages, they seek to explore efficient and sustainable cooperation plans to achieve mutual benefits and jointly contribute to promoting Xinjiang’s agricultural products to broader markets
